About the Role: Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll oversee a dynamic portfolio of approximately 6 OSHC services. Your mission? To inspire and mentor our teams, setting the standard for service excellence across the Western Suburbs. Who We're Looking For: We're looking for someone with: Hands-On Experience: Proven success managing multi-site OSHC operations. Passion for Kids: At least 2 years' experience working with children. Credentials: A Diploma or higher in a relevant field and necessary certifications (Blue Card, First Aid, etc.). Drive: A current driver's license and the right to work in Australia.
